Snacks

Veggies with Hummus (peppers, celery)
Cheese sticks
Light,non-fat greek yogurt (sometimes i mix a little bit of blueberries and granola in it)
1/2 cup Berries
Peanuts, or nut mix (small handful)
Cucumber slices
fruit mix (banana slices, orange slices, grapes, pineapple)
Cottage cheese (1-2% fat)
1/2 apple with cheese on it
Zucchinni chips (slice up zucchinni, season them with Mrs. Dash, and bake at 350 until crisp)
Sunflower seed butter
Rice cakes (it's yummy with sunflower seed butter on it)
Hard boiled eggs
Whole grain wheat thins



My absolute FAVORITE SMOOTHIE!  I have this for breakfast daily and then sometimes make a smaller one for snacks :)
One scoop of chocolate Shakeology, 1/2 banana, 1/4 cup of blueberries, one to one and a half cups of unsweetened almond milk.  Blend in a blender!  I use half a scoop of Shakeology for a snack!



Kale chips- these are so easy to make and super healthy! All you need to do is lightly coat your kale in extra virgin olive oil and place on a pan in a single layer. Add any shoes to them that you would like. I usually add sea salt, paprika and sometime cayenne pepper. Cook at 300·F for 25 minutes. I usually turn the pan half way through. Enjoy! You will find which slices you like on it :)
