1.  P90X3 - This workout kicked my butt in shape!  With the workouts only being 30min each, I was able to fit it into my crazy schedule and actually get results!  I  HIGHLY recommend this one.  An added BONUS is that it's on sale this month (May)!  Who doesn't like a sale?

2.  21 Day Fix - So you can lose up to 15lbs in just 21 days???  What?  And it actally works?!  Yes, it does!  My own mom has done this program and has had awesome results.  I have a challenge group for this program running right now, so stay tuned for more details on their transformations.

3.  T-25 - Ok so this is the no excuses workout!  Each workout is only 25 minutes.  It's high energy and will help you burn those calories and get a great body!  Everybody's got time for that!

4.  Chalean Extreme - I LOVE this program!  Chalene Johnson is one of my favorite trainers.  You will need a wide selection of weights/dumbbells for this program.  I had a set of 5, 8, 10, 12 and 15lb weights.  She uses the method of muscle burns fat to help you get a lean physique.  I had great results with this program.  She has a wide variety of workouts.  Two incorporate lots of cardio and then she has lots of weight training workouts.  There is one workout called Burn intervals....wow...you will feel the burn!
